Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. The RN will assess needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes in collaboration with the patient and family and the multidisciplinary team.

• RN license in Ohio is required at time of hire.
• BLS certification is required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire for step-down/ICU areas.
• BSN must be completed within five years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Communicate plan of care using SBAR with the care team.
• Initiate discharge planning and referrals as appropriate.
• Provide leadership, education, and mentorship to peers.
• Maintain safety and infection control during care delivery.
