Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey. The nurse will provide evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population, ensuring safe, patient-centered treatment and ongoing communication with patients and the healthcare team.

Ideal candidates hold an NJ RN license with BLS/CPR certification; a BSN is preferred or obtainable within 3 years. Minimum six months of nursing experience or active participation in the Nurse Residency Program is required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsabilités

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies and standards to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and health care team regarding patient status and plan of care.
• Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration using clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery of medications.
• Provide patient and family centered care to optimize health and disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage the plan of care from admission to discharge.
