• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based practices and standards of care.
• Communicate with patients, families and health care team about status and plans.
• Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience according to HMH standards.
• Administer medications safely using current documentation systems.
• Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage plan of care from admission to discharge.

Education

New Jersey RN license

BSN preferred or within 3 years

AHA BLS/CPR certification
