Job summary

Abrazo West Campus is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and supervise other staff as needed. You will participate in hourly rounding, assess needs, and adjust care plans to meet patient goals.

Requirements include an Arizona RN license, CPR, ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, and ongoing commitment to professional development in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or obtain within six months of hire.
• Minimum NICU experience with neonatal ventilator equipment.
• Arizona RN license, CPR; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient's physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational and safety needs on admission and ongoing.
• Sets practical, realistic patient outcome goals with family input.
• Individualizes plan of care and implements nursing/medical orders.
• Supervises and directs other healthcare staff; participates in rounding.
• Other duties as assigned at the hospital.
