Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona or eligibility to practice as an RN in AZ.
• ACLS required or ACLS within orientation depending on department.
• PALS/ENCP required or within 90 days for ER.
• NRP required for certain units like L&D, postpartum, nursery.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs on admission and continuously.
• Determine nursing diagnoses from assessments.
• Set realistic, patient-centered outcome goals with input from patient and family.
• Individualize plan of care to patient needs.
• Execute nursing and medical orders appropriate to current status.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
