The Christ Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of individuals and families, adhering to the ANA code of ethics and the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care accurately, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Formación

• RN licensure in Ohio (per Ohio Nurse Practice Act)
• Adherence to ANA code of ethics
• Holistic patient assessment and care planning

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs using a holistic approach and document findings.
• Plan and coordinate care with patients and families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement evidence-based nursing actions and monitor patient responses.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust plans as needed.
• Document care accurately in the EMR and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing professional development within the unit.
