HCA Houston Healthcare in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with department standards and patient needs.

You will perform procedures, document care, educate patients and families about conditions and treatment plans, promote self-management, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and patient experience.

Qualificações

• ACLS certification within 6 months of employment start date.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of employment start date.
• RN license/registration in good standing

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department standards.
• Performs procedures and monitors as ordered by medical providers; documents care in the patient record.
• Teaches patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up measures.
• Explains non-medicinal follow-up measures and promotes self-management.
• Contributes to evidence-based practices and quality initiatives.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient treatment plan
