Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with valid license and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Associate Degree must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• 1 year acute care experience required.
• Texas RN licensure is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Assess patient condition on admission and during shifts; monitor and report changes.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses; document care timely.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Provide oversight to the care team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
