Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee a unit, perform assessments, administer medications, and supervise CNAs. Responsibilities include documenting treatment plans, following SBAR communication, and ensuring resident safety and quality of care.

The RN will work under DON/ADON supervision and maintain standards of infection control, patient rights, and appropriate policy adherence to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required (NJ) and registered nurse in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or certified within 90 days of hire.
• Other certifications may be required for different areas of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents under supervision of DON/ADON.
• Medication distribution and MAR/TAR transcription.
• Supervise CNA staff and other team members.
• Document treatment and clinical notes accurately.
• Maintain infection prevention standards and standard precautions.
• Admit and discharge residents per facility procedures.
