Job summary

The RN will work under the DON/ADON, use SBAR for communication, maintain infection prevention standards, and ensure high-quality care across shifts. NJ licensure and CPR certification are required with strong teamwork and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in NJ is required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Experience or certification in related nursing areas may be required by some departments.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents under supervision of DON/ADON.
• Distribute medications and document clinical care.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Document on MAR/TAR and ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain infection control and standard precautions.
• Communicate using SBAR with healthcare team.
• Collaborate with social workers to address patient needs.
