Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed in NJ
• Current CPR or certified within 90 days of hire
• Other certifications may be required for other areas of the organization

Responsibilities

• Uses dual identifiers to confirm resident identity prior to medication administration and treatments.
• Practices SBAR communication when interacting with healthcare colleagues.
• Encourages resident involvement in their own care when possible.
• Receives full and detailed report from outgoing nurses to ensure proper communication and follow-up.
