Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team, providing nursing care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings. You will perform the nursing process, assess patient needs, plan and coordinate care with physicians and team members, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS, and proficiency with clinical applications; continuing education and certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi-state license.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.
• Experience with clinical applications and documentation in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data and organize subjective and objective findings.
• Plan, implement and evaluate the patient care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and ongoing professional growth.
