Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team across inpatient, outpatient and community settings in New Jersey. The RN will apply the nursing process, coordinate care, and ensure alignment with physician plans and orders.

You will perform assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations, while supporting performance improvement initiatives and maintaining licensure, including BLS, in collaboration with the broader care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi state license required.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications; incumbents will be trained appropriately within 30-60 days from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team in inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Oversee coordination of the interdisciplinary plan of care to align with the medical treatment plan.
• Document assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation steps; participate in performance improvement initiatives.
