Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its interdisciplinary team in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with physicians and other professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an active NJ RN license, a BSN preferred, and BLS certification. ACLS/ATCN/TNCC/PALS may be required within defined timeframes depending on unit and role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi-state license.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning as appropriate.
