Job summary

AtlantiCare, New Jersey, seeks a Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team in collaboration with physicians. The RN will apply the nursing care process across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings while overseeing coordination of the interdisciplinary care plan with the medical team.

The ideal candidate holds active RN licensure in NJ (or a multi-state license). BSN is preferred, and BLS is required on hire. Advanced certification is encouraged to support specialty areas.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey or a valid multistate license.
• BSN preferred.
• AHA BLS required on hire or transfer.
• Proficiency with clinical applications; training within 30–60 days.
• Advanced certification is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of the interdisciplinary plan of care aligned with the medical treatment plan.
• Apply the nursing care process across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document actions and ensure care is culturally competent and goals are met.
