Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency with Hackensack Meridian Health.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, dedication to ongoing education, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care per policies and standards.
• Perform assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Coordinate care among nursing staff, physicians and support services.
• Communicate and document patient care plans and progress in the chart.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning technology and ensure safety.
• Support discharge planning and transition of care.
