Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• BSN in progress or willingness to complete within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients per evidence-based policies.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and support services.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Support patient/family education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
