Job summary

Westwood Post Acute is looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in a full-time role. You will work a 6am-6pm schedule with weekend rotation, delivering skilled nursing care in our unit and coordinating with staff to support residents’ goals.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO Rate Range - $40-$50/hour
