Job summary

Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Colorado is hiring registered nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time shifts, including weekend coverage and PRN options. RNs provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, supervise nurse aides, perform medication passes and treatments, and contribute to resident care plans.

We offer competitive pay from $40–$50 per hour, comprehensive healthcare benefits (vision & dental) for full-time staff, 401k with match, PTO and sick leave, plus ongoing

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Strong patient-care and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; may supervise nurse assistants.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care.
