Job summary

The Clare in Chicago, IL, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time overnight role in our Skilled Nursing Care Unit. The position runs 6:30pm–7am, 3 days weekly with rotating weekends, offering a competitive hourly wage and shift differential.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, supervising CNAs, admissions/transfers/discharges, medication administration, and maintaining charting in compliance with standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Illinois.
• CPR certification.
• Greater than 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• One-year long term care preferred.
• Weekend availability REQUIRED.

Overnight RN Needed

Block Schedule: 6:30pm to 7am, 3 days per week, rotating weekend schedule

Salary: $42.00-$43.00 per hour, plus overnight shift differential

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an RN:

• Provides direct nursing care to the residents and supervises and coordinates the activities performed by the CNAs in order to ensure a high degree of quality care is maintained.
• Responsible for admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Administers medications and treatments and maintains proper charting for the unit all in accordance with federal, state and local standards and regulations and department policies and procedures.
• Maintains a high standard of resident care.
• Responds immediately to all crisis and/or calls for assistance.
• Assists in maintaining the facility’s and Nursing Service’s philosophy through qualitynursing care.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
