Job summary

The Clare in Chicago, IL, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time overnight role in our Skilled Nursing Care Unit. The position runs 6:30pm–7am, 3 days weekly with rotating weekends, offering a competitive hourly wage and shift differential.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, supervising CNAs, admissions/transfers/discharges, medication administration, and maintaining charting in compliance with standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Illinois.
• CPR certification.
• Greater than 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• One-year long term care preferred.
• Weekend availability REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises CNAs.
• Manages admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy and regulations.
• Maintains a high standard of resident care and charting.
• Responds to crises and calls for assistance.
• Supports the facility's nursing philosophy through quality care.
