Job summary

Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital is seeking an Registered Nurse to join the Ortho Med Surg team in Minnesota. The RN will manage patient care episodes in collaboration with patients, families, and the care team, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include direct care or coordinating supervision of Nursing Assistants and other staff. The role requires an RN license in Minnesota and BLS certification, with 0.9 FTE and straight overnight 12-hour shifts, including every third

Qualifications

• Completion of an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program in Nursing.
• BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
