Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital in Minnesota seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiovascular Advanced Care team. The RN will manage patient care episodes with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality health care for patients and families served daily.

Schedule is 0.75 FTE with rotating day and night shifts, every 3rd weekend, and 12-hour shifts. Requires an associate/bachelor/master in nursing; BSN preferred within 2 years of hire.

Formación

• RN license required per Minnesota standards.
• BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.
• Knowledge of age-related growth and development for safe patient care.

• Manage patient care episodes in collaboration with care teams to deliver safe, quality health care.
• Coordinate and supervise care delegated to nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Contribute to ongoing care planning and patient-family communication.

Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, care givers, groups and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.

Work Schedule:

0.75 FTE - Rotating day and night shift with every 3rd weekend (12-hour shifts)

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master's degree program in Nursing. BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.

• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients
