Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Ortho Med Surg team. The CNA will provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient comfort.

Work Schedule: 0.7 FTE overnight shifts and every other weekend. Benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be current on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry OR be an LPN student or RN student who completed first quarter clinicals.
• CPR skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Document care provided and communicate patient needs to the care team.
