Job summary

North Country Healthcare in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage individualized patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

The RN will supervise team members and report to the Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer. The anticipated hourly range is $41.39/hr - $55.94/hr, with a commencement bonus of $7,500. Final compensation will reflect experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred). Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.
