Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care, promote and restore health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will supervise assigned staff and support patients and families. A NH license with BLS/ACLS is required; PALS preferred.

Compensation includes an anticipated hourly range of $41.39–$55.94, and a commencement bonus of $7,500. Travel reimbursement may apply if Weeks Medical Center is not your home base.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

Essential Qualifications:Required Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing current NH license and BLS & ACLS certifications are required, PALS preferred. Must have proficient oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
