Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage individualized patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to promote health and comfort for patients and families.

The RN will supervise assigned team members and report to the Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer. A NH license with BLS/ACLS is required; PALS is preferred. Hours may include an eligible commencement bonus and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred).
• Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Current clinical experience preferred.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

Essential Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred). Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $52.87/hr - $57.10/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
