Job summary

Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care, collaborate with physicians, and support patients and families. Responsibilities include supervising team members and coordinating with the Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range is $39.22/hr - $49.02/hr - $42.94/hr. A commencement bonus of $5,000 is offered, with 50% paid at hire and 50% after six months of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a current NH license.
• BLS & ACLS certifications are required, PALS preferred.
• Proficient in oral and written communication with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $5,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $39.22/hr - $49.02/hr - $42.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a current NH license and BLS & ACLS certifications are required, PALS preferred. Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills Current clinical experience preferred.
