Job summary

North Country Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care and coordinate with physicians and the nursing team. This role emphasizes compassionate patient support, collaboration, and leadership with supervision under the Nurse Manager and CNO.

Applicants must hold an NH nursing license and BLS/ACLS, with PALS preferred. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are essential for success in this role.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of up to $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

This position is built for 24 hours of work while being paid for 32 hours.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

Essential Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred). Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
