Job summary

North Country Healthcare (NCH) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care, promote health, and collaborate with the healthcare team. The RN reports to the Nurse Manager and ultimately the Chief Nursing Officer, ensuring high-quality care across the organization.

The role offers an hourly rate starting in the low $40s, with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred).
• Must be proficient in oral and written communication and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred). Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.
