Job summary

North Country Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse for Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. The RN will manage individualized patient care by the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and support patients and families. Supervisory duties include coordinating with the Nurse Manager and CNO.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $5,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $39.22/hr - $49.02/hr - $42.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a current NH license and BLS & ACLS certifications are required, PALS preferred. Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills Current clinical experience preferred.
