Schedule: Part‑time, two 12‑hour shifts a week, Night shift

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Credential within 6 months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or any required professional licensure at time of hire.
