Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Observation team in Minnesota. The RN will manage patient care episodes in collaboration with caregivers and other providers to ensure safe, high-quality care, including coordinating and supervising care delegated to Nursing Assistants.

The role features a 0.9 FTE schedule with straight overnight 12-hour shifts and every third weekend. A Minnesota RN license and BLS are required; BSN is preferred and should be obtained within two years

Qualifications

• Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master's degree program in Nursing.
• BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines.

Responsibilities
