Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 24-bed combined Nephrology and Med-Surg unit at a 198-bed Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM. You will care for adult and geriatric patients, including those with ESRD requiring dialysis, on days.

Requirements include ADN or higher with RN license, 1 year Med-Surg experience; 2 years preferred, and NM or compact licensure not required but must be obtained before start. Float coverage may be needed.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN or higher and active license.
• Minimum 1 year Med-Surg experience; 2 years preferred.
• Nephrology experience is preferred.
• New Mexico or compact licensure not required to apply, but must be obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Care for 4–6 adult and geriatric patients on a 24‑bed Nephrology/Med‑Surg unit.
• Days shift with 7:00 AM–7:30 PM; potential float coverage across the facility.

Career Land Center is hiring for a Registered Nurse for a 24-bed combined Nephrology and Med-Surg unit at a 198-bed Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM.

About the role

You will work days caring for 4-6 adult and geriatric patients, including those with ESRD, peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis needs. The unit uses IV pumps, bladder scanners, patient lifts and Cerner. Float coverage across the facility may be required.

Requirements

• ADN or higher with an RN license
• At least 1 year of Med-Surg experience (2 years preferred); 2 years of acute care experience
• Nephrology and charge nurse experience are preferred but not required
• BLS on submission; other certifications can be obtained after hire
• New Mexico or compact licensure is not required to apply, but must be obtained before the start date

Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
