Job summary

Career Land Center is hiring a night-shift ICU Registered Nurse for a 198-bed Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM. You will work nights in a 14-bed adult ICU with 1:1 and 1:2 ratios, and document in Cerner as you care for trauma patients flown in regionally.

Requirements include ADN or higher with RN license, at least 2 years ICU experience, BLS on submission, and licensure can be obtained before start. Schedule is 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher with RN license is required.
• At least 2 years of acute care ICU experience.
• BLS on submission; other certifications can be obtained after hire.
• New Mexico or compact licensure not required to apply, but must be obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive bedside critical care in a 14-bed adult ICU.
• Document patient care in Cerner.
• Maintain 1:1 and 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios during night shifts.

About the role
You will work nights in a 14-bed adult ICU with 1:1 and 1:2 ratios. The unit receives trauma patients flown in from across the region, including Level I, II and III presentations. You will provide intensive bedside critical care and document in Cerner.
