Career Land Center, LLC in Farmington, NM is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department of a 198-bed Level III trauma center. Work nights in a 48-bed ED with team nursing and pod model, caring for trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, chest pain, COPD and CHF, with documentation in Cerner.

Requirements include ADN or higher with RN license and at least 2 years of acute care experience; BLS on submission; licensure before start date.

Career Land Center is hiring for a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department of a 198-bed Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM.

About the role

You will work nights in a 48-bed ED with flex space, using a team nursing and pod model. Ratios are 4:1 in the main ED and 6:1 in Fast Track. You will care for a wide mix of patients, including trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, chest pain, COPD and CHF, and you will document in Cerner. A social worker and a unit educator are assigned to the department.

Requirements

• ADN or higher with an RN license
• At least 2 years of acute care experience
• Skills in trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis and moderate sedation
• BLS on submission; other certifications can be obtained after hire
• New Mexico or compact licensure is not required to apply, but must be obtained before the start date

Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM,

Mid shifts, 10 AM – 10 PM and 12 PM – 12 AM (a combination of both)
