Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. You will implement, direct, and document the nursing process in accordance with state standards and act as a patient advocate in a fast-paced, newborn-focused unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana license; CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• 6+ months NICU nursing experience preferred.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift Description: FT Days, 7am to 7pm shift; every 3rd weekend, every other holiday in rotation

About the job

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.

• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.

• Experience:6+ months Nursing Experience in the NICU is preferred
