Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith’s Med Surg Service Line invites experienced registered nurses to join a dynamic eight-unit program. You’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care for medically complex patients, with opportunities for cross‑training and a dedicated home unit. A 1+ year RN background, valid license, and BLS/ACLS are required or obtained within 90 days of hire. This full-time role offers a generous sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Mercy Fort Smith’s Med Surg units.
• Maintain licensure and certifications per Mercy policy and annual requirements.
