Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse in Fort Smith, AR, to provide high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care. The position offers a generous sign-on bonus and requires at least 1 year of experience, with no contract.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure; meets state board requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

What You’ll Do:

Position Details:

10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs

with at least 1 year of experience
