Mercy Fort Smith is seeking experienced RNs to join our expanding team. You will utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate care with other departments, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure and must meet state board requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or course completion within 30 days of hire.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and evaluates overall effectiveness of care.

• Licensure:
  • Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
