Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Premier Staffing - Med Surg team in Mequon, WI. You will implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure seamless treatment for patients.

You will also coordinate physician/nursing orders and assist with discharge planning, with a focus on high-quality, compassionate patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certified Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
