Job summary

Shea Online is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver safe, compassionate care across patient populations at several Illinois hospital locations, including Evanston Hospital. The role supports planning, implementing, and evaluating each patient’s care plan while collaborating with the care team.

This position offers variable shifts (day/night) and both full-time and part-time opportunities, with premium pay for eligible staff and a host of benefits as listed below.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Certification: Must have current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois and current BLS through AHA

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for diverse patient populations.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

A Brief Overview
