Formación

• BSN required or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within three years of starting employment.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• American Heart Association BLS (and ACLS preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Assess and coordinate nursing care for acutely ill inpatients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Participate in governance, unit projects, and quality improvement initiatives.
