Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, Delaware is seeking experienced registered nurses for its Magnet-designated Float Pool. This role offers full-time flex schedules (72 hours per pay period) with part-time options and 12-hour shifts, including overnight 7p-7:30am, across multiple units to build clinical versatility.

Requirements include a BSN (or commitment to obtain within three years), a minimum of 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in an acute care setting, and BLS certification.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
