ChristianaCare’s Float Pool is seeking experienced registered nurses to deliver high-quality inpatient care across multiple units in Newark, Delaware. This role features 12-hour shifts with overnight options and a flexible full-time schedule to expand clinical versatility and professional growth within a Magnet-designated system.

Requirements include a BSN and at least 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in an acute care setting, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• BSN required or a dedication to acquire one within three years of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• BLS certification required.

Position Details

• Full-Time Flex: 72 hours per pay period
• Part-time hours are available
• 12-hour shiftsavailable on ***Overnights 7p-7:30am***
• Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
