ChristianaCare is hiring hospital-based registered nurses for its Float Pool in Newark and Wilmington, Delaware. The role offers 12-hour shifts and opportunities to work across multiple units, building clinical versatility and broad patient exposure.

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surgical RN in acute care is required, with BSN or a plan to obtain one within three years. BLS certification is also required, with full benefits and supportive work-life programs.

Position Details

• Full-Time Flex: 72 hours per pay period
• Part-time hours are available
• 12-hour shifts available on ***Overnights 7p-7:30am***
• Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Requirements

• BSN required or a dedication to acquire one within three years of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting
• BLS certification required

Hourly Pay Range

$42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
