Ascension Saint Thomas Three Rivers in Waverly, TN is seeking a Part-Time Night Shift Registered Nurse to join Med Surg. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate across disciplines, and respond to changing conditions in real time.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor comprehensive patient care plans with a focus on safety, accuracy, and superior outcomes.
• Serve as the primary lead across all disciplines to ensure every patient receives well-coordinated, seamless care.
• Expertly assess, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions to the broader medical team in real-time.
• Precisely carry out physician and nursing orders while maintaining the highest standards of clinical protocol.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate discharge needs, ensuring patients are prepared for a successful transition home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.


• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition \"Compact State\" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
