Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas West in Nashville, TN is seeking a qualified RN for a full-time Night Shift in the Clinical Decision Unit. You will provide direct nursing care, implement patient care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure safe and well-coordinated care.

The role requires a Nursing Diploma or equivalent licensure, and a Tennessee license or compact-state recognition, with BLS within 30 days.

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
