Qualifications

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in line with hospital policies
