Incredible Health in Allentown, PA is hiring a Registered Nurse for Med Surg. Openings include day, night, and mid shifts; full-time, part-time, and per diem positions.

You will care for a diverse patient population, administer medications, monitor vitals, document in EMR, and collaborate with the care team. Requirements: ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS, 1 year Med Surg experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $49,900 to $80,000 /year
